1- Open Lightroom

2- Navigate to the Develop module

3- In the middle you'll be able to see a section that is called Presets

4- Click the + icon in the upper right corner of the section

5- Choose Import Presets in the drop-down menu

6- Choose the desired presets ZIP "le and then click Import

7- The presets you have imported will appear in the Presets section.
