Get to Grips with Gradient Maps: In this brief class, I'll show you how I approach exploring the color scheme by swiftly and effortlessly using gradient maps to alter and modify the colors of Photoshop. This class is ideal for those who struggle with color patterns for your digital artwork; it allows you to experiment swiftly and efficiently with various color combinations before getting too deep into your creative process. In the same way, if you are unfamiliar with digital artwork, it may be overwhelming and confusing to get started applying color to your artwork. The colors work in a different way than traditional media, which is confusing as well as disorienting. I want to share some tips on using simple strategies to overcome this obstacle and create stunning digital art.
Experience level:
This is a beginner-to-intermediate-level class. It is recommended that you have a basic understanding of how Photoshop functions - i.e., creating a new document and employing brushes for an image in black and white. However, I the majority of essential areas I will cover in depth.
