Blender - Retargify:
Retargify is a plug-in that takes Rigify and runs with it! Essentially, it saves animators time in getting from point A to point B with animation by enhancing, not reinventing the wheel. Retargify takes what's needed and did well from Rigify and also - now - expands to an agency of choice for games, prosthetics, etc.; game armatures all feel similar in Retargify, which is important for consistency, integrity, and usable dynamics without lag.
