RappaTools is a new toolbox that seeks to improve the efficiency and productivity of artists within 3ds Max. It is designed to minimize clicks and actions taken during a workflow, an element that hinders creativity.
With RappaTools, artists get access to a complete set of tools designed for almost every step in the process of developing 3D art, starting from the selections to the rendering. All these features mean artists are guaranteed a productive experience with RappaTools.
Some of the notable parts of the system are its three interfaces (two are customizable) and the three HotBox configurations. Other components include a quad menu plus a toolbar menu, allowing users to organize and access their tools in multiple ways.
Users can access more than 450 macro scripts, which can be assigned to keyboard shortcuts, custom toolbars, and quad menus, as well as incorporated into custom tools and interfaces. Such extensive customization allows artists to adjust their working environment to their specific needs and dramatically improves the ease and effectiveness of working with 3D models.
