The Yellow Pack III offers a complete set of Portra 160 film emulation profiles and includes both active and obsolete versions of the Portra 160 Film. Not only does it provide profiles for the latest Portra 160, but it also includes discontinued ones like Portra 160NC and Portra 160VC. The profiles were produced through premium Fuji Frontier and Noritsu scanners, so the looks that can be achieved range from high vibrant hues and contrast to more mellow tones and softer looks. The pack is designed for portrait and wedding photographers with great options for capturing gorgeous, vivid skin tones, soft contrast, bright colours, and even commercial photography. Both versions of the profiles, Premium and Basic, are set to different standards. Premium profiles use TAP Natural camera profiles, while Basic ones depend on Adobe Standard.

The profile pack encompasses the following:

Different Film Profiles:

• The latest Portra 160, alongside the old versions, which include Portra 160NC and Portra 160VC, are available.
• Also provided for each profile are 4-6 different exposures, 3 distinct processes, and profiles made with Frontier and Noritsu scanners.

Different Quality Levels:

• Cameras relying on TAP Natural deliver premium profiles with a more refined look.
• Basic profiles are built on Adobe Standard, which makes them simpler to process with limited accessibility.
• Lightroom, while the Basic profile is supported, offers complete compatibility with the Premium profile through Lightoom Classic and Adobe Camera Raw.

Thorough Emulation:

• Moderately soft contrasts and vibrant colours, along with other classical film looks, are emulated to cater to wedding, portrait, and advertisement photography.

Setup and Assistance:

• Video guides, installation material, and workflow tools will be provided for easy integration.

Comparison of Lightroom versus Capture One:

• Layer opacity can adjust the ICC profile, while Capture One has these filters at full strength.
• Users can modify the profile's look by using the profile strength slider in Lightroom, which makes it easier to adjust the final look.

Emulation of film scans:

• These profiles are aimed at achieving a close approximation to actual film scans, as well as achieving a classic feel that resembles the characteristics of the original film stocks.
