Blender Market - Dimensions Ruler:
The tool provides a Dimensions Ruler and Precision Scaler for Blender users. The Dimensions Ruler allows interactive line drawing with background calculations, supporting multiple selected mesh objects and offering optional orientation settings. It is located in the DR tab of the Tab Panel (customizable in the add-on preferences). The Precision Scaler helps measure and scale distances between two vertices or one edge. Users can manually or automatically retrieve the distance between points, set a desired value, and scale the objects accordingly, with respect to the current Transform Orientation and Pivot Point.
