Watercolor Frames and Gingham Backgrounds
Bowette is a collection of hand-painted watercolor frames, gingham backgrounds, and decorative illustrations. Its design focuses on soft colors, bows, ruffles, and a gentle, whimsical style. The collection includes 200 design assets that can be used for invitations, journaling pages, baby shower designs, and other creative projects. With transparent PNG elements and printable backgrounds, Bowette works for both digital and printed designs.
Watercolor Frames with Bows and Ruffles
The main part of Bowette is its collection of 100 high-resolution watercolor frames. Each frame features decorative bows, giving designs a soft and charming appearance.
The frames come in transparent PNG format, so you can place them over different backgrounds without a solid-colored box around the artwork.
These frames are suitable for designs where you want to surround text, photographs, or other content with watercolor decorations. Their hand-painted appearance also helps create a more personal and delicate visual style.
Gingham Papers for Soft Background Designs
Bowette includes 60 gingham backgrounds that complement its watercolor frames and illustrations.
Gingham is a checkered pattern that fits the collection's cozy, gentle aesthetic. These papers can be used as backgrounds for invitations, journal layouts, and other decorative compositions.
The gingham papers are provided in two formats:
JPG: For use as complete background images.
PNG: An additional format for working with the papers in digital designs.
The backgrounds have a resolution of 300 DPI, making them suitable for print-focused projects.
Decorative Illustrations and Collection Contents
Alongside the frames and patterned papers, Bowette includes 40 illustrations in transparent PNG format. These illustrations follow the same soft, whimsical direction as the rest of the collection.
The complete package contains:
Design assets | Quantity | Format |
|---|---|---|
Watercolor frames with bows | 100 | Transparent PNG |
Gingham backgrounds | 60 | JPG, PNG |
Decorative illustrations | 40 | Transparent PNG |
Total | 200 |
The illustrations are sized for A4 printing and digital use. The combination of frames, patterned papers, and illustrations gives you different decorative elements that share a consistent visual style.
Where Can You Use Bowette?
Bowette is designed for projects that need a gentle, decorative appearance rather than bold or minimal graphics.
Some suitable projects include:
Invitations: Create soft invitation layouts using watercolor frames and gingham backgrounds.
Baby showers: Design charming baby shower invitations and decorative materials.
Journaling pages: Add watercolor decorations, patterned backgrounds, and illustrations to personal journals.
Printable designs: Use the A4-sized illustrations and high-resolution assets for printed creative projects.
Digital layouts: Combine transparent frames and illustrations with backgrounds for digital compositions.
Print and Digital Compatibility
Bowette provides its artwork in common image formats, making the elements suitable for different design workflows.
The transparent PNG frames and illustrations can be layered over other images or colored backgrounds. The gingham papers are supplied as JPG and PNG files at 300 DPI, while the illustrations are sized for A4 printing and digital projects.
Bowette includes ready-made images, not editable vector designs. The files come in PNG and JPG formats, so it's important to check their sizes before using them for print projects.
Bowette is a good fit for designers who enjoy watercolor decorations, ribbon details, and soft gingham patterns. Its main strength is the combination of coordinated frames, papers, and illustrations in one consistent whimsical style.
