Adobe has switched from creating .lrtemplate files to the .xmp file extension, meaning that where previously, files were easy to find in the Lightroom presets folder, now .xmp files are found within the Adobe Camera RAW settings folder. Thus, now, to install the presets, one must place them in the Adobe Camera RAW settings folder instead.
