This is a super detailed dragon character created from scratch using elements of character creation and rendering, including modelling, sculpting, texturing, rigging, lighting and shader textures. The rig is made with Advanced Skeleton. Recommended changes on the Shape tab are found under Arnold > Subdivision > Type: catclark with three levels of Subdivision to render displacement.
