The provided Blender file contains an implementation of a Geometry Nodes template for executing and rendering Reaction-Diffusion (RD) simulations starting from Blender version 4.3. The RD model can simulate the interaction of the reagents and their molecular diffusion to produce complex organic structures for use in animations and scientific visualizations.
In the setup, two primary simulation types are basic reaction_diffusion_sim and the Gray-Scott model (premium version), which have numerous presets for greater realism and preset multiple templates. The parameters for diffusion, reaction rates, and texture inputs can be modified by the user for customization.
