Cute Characters:Kawaii Halloween Sweets | Procreate:
In this course, you'll be drawing some cute Halloween sweets characters. Learn how to draw simple, but adorable images using a single (or mixing several) basic shapes. We'll start with the basics, so there's no need for any additional preparations.
This class doesn't require previous experience or advanced tools. The majority of the lessons will take place within Procreate However, should you use other software or are interested in trying traditional materials, you are welcome to join!
In this class we'll look at:
- Simple shapes and QuickShape tool
- Clipping Masks, Alpha Lock & Blending Modes;
- How to create an outline for a white or die-cut outline;
- Symmetry tool and Distortion
- 2D grid and assisted drawing.
After completion:
- The package includes four full-color illustrations of cute Halloween candy characters that you could utilize, for instance as individual stickers or a set of stickers, or as a complete illustration. You can print them out or even use them digitally.
- You'll have the fundamentals of creating cute characters.
- You'll be able to begin creating your own kawaii-inspired images.
