Art Paint 3

  • This PS Action allows you to create an art painting effect using your photos. You can hit the play button to get an auto-generated painting texture effect. It also has a well-organized layer structure. You can save your time and get exactly what you need.
  • This action is compatible with Photoshop CS6, Photoshop CC14, Photoshop CC15, and Photoshop CC15.
  • This is the action Not tested in Photoshop CS4 or CS5.

Important

If you don't follow the steps, it will not run correctly.

Step 1: Go on to image/mode/RGB colour/8bits channel

Step 2: Adjust the image size

  • 300 dpi
  • The height and width range from 3000 pixels to 4000 pixels.

Step 3: Make sure your layer is not a Background in your open PSD. Please navigate to layer/New/background

Step 4: Import all atn, abr, and pat files into your directory (Please refer to the video guide).

  • Click on the Actions (.atn), window panel icon in the top right corner, and select "Load actions ...'.". Select the action (.atn), from the download directory. You can drag and drop the atn file to the action panel.
  • To set up the brush (.abr), click on the brush icon, then click on "Edit", and at the top right-hand corner, icon show a drop-down list. Select "Preset Manager", choose "Brushes" at the "Preset Type", then click "Load ...".". Select the brush (.abr), from the download directory.
  • To set up the pattern (.pat), click on the brush icon and go to the top. Click below "Edit" to open the drop-down list. Select "Preset Manager", then click on the "Preset Type" button to choose "Patterns", then click "Load ...".". Select the desired pattern (.pat), from the download directory.
  • Start the tool (.tpl) by selecting the brush icon. Click on the brush preset picker at the top right corner to display the drop-down menu. Select "Preset Manager" at the "Preset Type" section. Click "Load ...".". Select the tool (.tpl), from the download directory.
